TL;DR

Customer Success Manager - Enterprise (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive net revenue retention and long-term value with an accent on expansion, ROI delivery, and executive relationship management. Focus on translating product usage into business impact, executing growth plans, and leading strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders.

Location: Remote first within the United States (includes on-site client visits as needed)

Salary: Base up to $90,000 USD, OTE ~$150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 5–10 strategic enterprise accounts focusing on Net Revenue Retention and expansion.
  • Lead strategic conversations and deliver outcome-focused Quarterly Business Reviews for VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Define and track account health metrics, including adoption rates, utilization, and time-to-value benchmarks.
  • Identify expansion signals and build account growth plans in partnership with Sales.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to remove blockers and communicate customer needs as outcome-driven problem statements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Revenue Ownership roles.
  • Proven history of achieving Net Revenue Retention and expansion/upsell targets.
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into expansion strategy.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail tech, loss prevention, or multi-location SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM and BI tools.
  • Experience building expansion playbooks.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
