What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end orchestration of strategic objectives and performance monitoring for the Public Investing business mandate.
• Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives related to Platform Uplift, Data Strategy, and AI adoption.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into operational delivery and scalable workflows.
• Establish rigorous governance and prioritization frameworks for critical engineering and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to optimize global processes and efficiencies.
• Analyze and communicate the financial and commercial impact of business decisions to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Transformation, Operations, or Corporate Strategy.
• Proven track record of executing complex business initiatives and data-driven strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to model financial impacts of strategic decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence senior Partners and Managing Directors.
• Advanced ability to operate in ambiguity and navigate global organizational hurdles.
