Salary: $244K – $279K + 20% annual bonus + Equity

What you will do
- Own the full M&A lifecycle, from developing investment theses and sourcing targets to leading cross-functional diligence and closing deals.
- Lead end-to-end equity fundraising processes, including preparing investor materials, managing data rooms, and controlling the timeline.
- Maintain strategic relationships with current and prospective investors and provide regular updates between raises.
- Scale Ventures by sourcing and recommending early-stage venture investments aligned with strategic priorities.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors and emerging opportunities to the CEO and CFO to inform strategic planning.
- Establish repeatable corporate development processes, templates, and frameworks for sourcing and integration.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
- Demonstrated track record of executing and closing M&A or investment transactions.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation frameworks.
- Proven ability to own a fundraising process end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- 7+ years of work experience, typically in Banking, PE, VC, or Corporate Development at a fast-growing fintech.
- Required: A default-to-AI mindset, including experience building agents and vibe-coding apps.

- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or the fintech space.
