Salary: $250,000-$280,000 annually

What you will do

• Own corporate development strategy and build pipeline of acquisition/partnership targets aligned with growth initiatives.
• Lead full deal lifecycle from sourcing and valuation to diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-merger integration.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging models to identify whitespace and build-vs-buy opportunities.
• Build senior relationships in PE/VC/investment banking to enhance deal flow and represent hirify.global at industry events.
• Partner with CEO/CFO/executives and cross-functional teams on financial modeling, synergies, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Proven track record sourcing/structuring/closing acquisitions in relevant industries
• Deep networks across PE/VC/corporate dealmakers
• Strong financial acumen for valuation models and ROI analysis
• Experience leading diligence, negotiation, and integration
• Experience with remote-first distributed teams
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic Commerce
