Director, Strategy Planning & Execution (Fintech): Defining and executing key strategic priorities across Americas and EMEA with an accent on structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and executive-ready narratives. Focus on driving high-priority initiatives end-to-end, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and optimizing the operating cadence for senior leadership.

Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, Georgia). Must spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives from problem framing and hypothesis building to execution.
• Develop executive-ready communications, including decision memos and updates for leadership forums.
• Partner with Distribution, Investments, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to resolve trade-offs.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for market profiling and operational efficiency.
• Manage internal governance and the operating cadence for the Americas leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through executive-level communications.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta office 4 days per week.
• Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred.
• Interest in AI tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot) and Digital Assets.
