What you will do

• Define and execute corporate development strategy, establishing best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to build a pipeline of potential M&A and investment targets.
• Lead end-to-end M&A, investment, and corporate JV processes, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and closing.
• Present strategic recommendations and transaction updates to executive leadership and the board.
• Ensure company preparedness for periodic financing and coordinate the closing of inbound investments.
• Manage shareholder relations through periodic updates and strategic presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• 4+ years of M&A experience within a leading international investment bank.
• Proven track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
• Business fluency in English.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• International experience, preferably in the US.
• Experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments, specifically in cyber or AI.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Previous senior in-house corporate development experience.
