What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from creating new business lines to scaling infrastructure and revenue operations.
• Own complex projects from 0 to 1, including market sizing, financial modeling, and launching pilots.
• Manage strategic partnerships, including structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
• Develop financial frameworks and ROI analyses to inform investment and partnership decisions.
• Collaborate across content, product, operations, data, legal, and finance teams to execute strategy.
• Utilize modern AI tools to automate workflows and increase team productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, PE, or high-growth operating roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in an internal operator role.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects from initial scoping through delivery.
• Strong communication skills capable of influencing senior executives.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, LA, or SF.
