What you will do

• Execute day-to-day sales operations across the full GTM cycle from prospecting to signed contracts.
• Build and optimize reporting dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, and representative effectiveness.
• Maintain high data hygiene and operational consistency across core systems and workflows.
• Analyze revenue trends and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support annual strategic planning, including territory planning and target reviews.
• Refine and improve AI and prompt-driven workflows to increase business efficiency.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations within a SaaS company.
• Strong expertise in CRM data, funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and a baseline knowledge of SQL.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; the company cannot sponsor or support visa transfers.
