TL;DR

Channel Sales Operations Specialist (AI): Driving growth by optimizing revenue-generating processes and providing data-driven insights for sales and channel teams with an accent on operational efficiency and tech stack optimization. Focus on identifying process gaps, managing pipeline reporting, and improving salesforce productivity.

Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Hybrid work environment with a requirement to be in the office at least twice per week.

Salary: $78,200 – $105,800 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead operational improvement projects to identify process gaps and increase revenue efficiency.
  • Manage critical reporting, including pipeline inspection, business unit net MRR, and white space reporting.
  • Optimize the configuration and adoption of the sales tech stack (Gong, SalesLoft, Chili Piper).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Revenue Enablement on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support Sales Leadership in weekly forecast meetings and pipeline roll-ups.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales functions and troubleshoot ad hoc operational requests.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations at a technology company.
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) objects, relationships, and reporting.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Experience using BI tools to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage organization-wide change and project lifecycles.
  • Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Experience with SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, Chorus, or ZoomInfo.
