Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Hybrid work environment with a requirement to be in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $78,200 – $105,800 CAD

What you will do
- Lead operational improvement projects to identify process gaps and increase revenue efficiency.
- Manage critical reporting, including pipeline inspection, business unit net MRR, and white space reporting.
- Optimize the configuration and adoption of the sales tech stack (Gong, SalesLoft, Chili Piper).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Revenue Enablement on go-to-market initiatives.
- Support Sales Leadership in weekly forecast meetings and pipeline roll-ups.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales functions and troubleshoot ad hoc operational requests.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations at a technology company.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) objects, relationships, and reporting.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Experience using BI tools to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage organization-wide change and project lifecycles.
- Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Admin certification.
- Experience with SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, Chorus, or ZoomInfo.
