What you will do

• Serve as senior technical contributor on Disclosure Studio, delivering high-impact work with ownership and quality.
• Own design and delivery of complex, scalable features from concept to production.
• Support engineering excellence through standards adherence, peer reviews, testing, and automation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with modern tools, AI practices, and evolving standards.
• Address technical debt, performance issues, and defects while improving the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Design, and Customer Success for customer-aligned features.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and execution.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years professional software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to design/implement complex features independently.
• Strong software best practices, testing, maintainability, and scalable systems.
• Agile/Scrum experience with predictable delivery.
• Strong SQL and relational DB (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Frontend: Angular, Highcharts, D3, Gulp, LESS, Typescript, JSpreadsheet.
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Java, Spring Boot, InDesign Server.
• Infrastructure: AWS (S3), Azure, GCP, Git, JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, Scrum/Agile knowledge, organization skills.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
