Location: Nashville, TN (#LI-Hybrid)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Generate new pipeline through outbound cold calling and emails to break into net new enterprise accounts
  • Partner with Account Executives to research prospects, identify decision makers, and source opportunities
  • Run qualification calls, demonstrate attentive listening, and articulate how hirify.global solves customer challenges
  • Consistently meet quota targets to drive company revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on MQLs and campaigns
  • Represent hirify.global at marketing events and trade shows

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Team-centric mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Passion for sales, technology, and making an impact through metrics
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture

  • Proven track record exceeding metrics or quotas
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator
