TL;DR

Location: Remote based in US

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base (50/50 split with variable compensation)

What you will do

  • Hunt and close net-new enterprise business focusing on large, complex, multi-year deals
  • Build and execute targeted outbound strategies to engage senior decision-makers
  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, and qualification through negotiation and close
  • Lead value-based sales conversations tied to customer ROI and business outcomes
  • Navigate complex buying committees and procurement processes
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain predictable pipeline, accurate forecasting in Salesforce, and consistent quota attainment

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with significant enterprise hunting
  • Proven track record closing large, complex deals ($100k+ ARR)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline creation skills
  • Experience selling to enterprise buyers across multiple stakeholders
  • Confident in value-based selling and executive conversations
  • Highly organized with strong deal qualification and time management

Nice to have

  • Experience with revenue enablement, sales enablement, or MarTech/SalesTech
