What you will do

• Perform contract reviews to ensure ASC 606 compliance and prepare revenue schedules for complex transactions.
• Drive process improvements and automations within the revenue recognition cycle to increase scalability.
• Partner with event planners, deal desk, and order-to-cash teams for accurate contract processing.
• Own journal entries and accounting reconciliations during the revenue close cycle.
• Prepare revenue-related footnote disclosure schedules for external financial reporting (10-Q/10-K).
• Support internal and external audits by providing detailed documentation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with in-depth exposure to ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally to the UK and EU.
• Experience building and operating SOX-compliant processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• CPA license.
• Experience with NetSuite or analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
