Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office), based in Ontario, Canada

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and manage group benefits, retirement savings, and perks across Canada and the U.S.
• Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes.
• Oversee vendor and broker selection and performance management.
• Administer leave of absence programs including disability and parental leave.
• Track program effectiveness through key metrics and market trend analysis.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to optimize data flow and system accessibility.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing employee benefits programs in Canada and the U.S.
• Expertise in vendor/broker management and the RFP process.
• Experience in leaves management (disability, parental leave).
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada

• Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience with benefits programs in the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Experience using Workday.
