HR Operations Specialist (SaaS): Supporting daily HR operations and the global employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with an accent on data integrity, compliance, and global benefits administration. Location: Remote (Canada). Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: CA$62,000 - CA$75,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage HR data entry and regular auditing within BambooHR to ensure global data integrity.
- Facilitate core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration for a global workforce.
- Oversee compliance documentation and lifecycle management for global independent contractors and vendor partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to automate manual tasks and scale HR operations.
- Lead the end-to-end global leave lifecycle and support the administration of health, dental, and retirement plans.
- Coordinate payroll-impacting data with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or People Operations, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and ticketing software such as Jira.
- Hands-on experience maintaining an HRIS.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada; no sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with BambooHR.
- Experience with benefits or pension administration in Canada, the United States, and the Netherlands.
- Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) platforms such as Deel, Remote, or Atlas.
