What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans for the London hospitality landscape.
  • Manage complex, high-velocity sales cycles from initial discovery and solution design to contract negotiation.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and live demonstrations that translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Maintain a high-integrity Salesforce pipeline with precise revenue forecasting and regional insights.
  • Spearhead outbound initiatives and represent the brand at premier industry events.
  • Coach junior team members on advanced prospecting, objection handling, and deal navigation.

Requirements

  • High-performance experience in Field or Outbound sales within SaaS, technology, or hospitality ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding aggressive MRR targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for opportunity management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify complex technical value propositions.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Must be based in London.
