TL;DR

Senior Benefits Analyst (HR): Designing, implementing, and managing benefits and retirement programs across Canada and the U.S. with an accent on vendor management and compliance. Focus on optimizing leave of absence programs, managing annual renewals, and aligning programs with the global Total Rewards strategy.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office), Canada

What you will do

  • Develop and manage group benefits, retirement savings, and perks aligned with global strategy.
  • Lead annual benefits renewals and coordinate the open enrollment process.
  • Oversee vendor and broker selection and management through RFP processes.
  • Administer and improve leave of absence programs, including disability and parental leave.
  • Track key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and payroll to optimize data flow and system functionality.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing benefits programs, specifically for Canada and the U.S.
  • Expertise in leaves management and vendor/broker relationship management.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
  • Must be based in Canada and able to work from the office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Knowledge of benefits programs in EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Experience using Workday.
