What you will do

• Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via telephone and email.
• Provide a world-class first impression to prospects and customers.
• Identify customer needs to determine the fit for hirify.global solutions.
• Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, and chats.
• Maintain and log all communications in the Salesforce database.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to grow the sales pipeline and meet goals.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with technology (software, mobile, etc.).
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is a must.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ghent, Belgium.
