What you will do

  • Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via phone and email communication.
  • Nurture inbound leads to prepare them for the inside sales team.
  • Identify customer needs to determine the fit for Lightspeed solutions.
  • Manage various lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
  • Use Salesforce to log all communications and manage the customer database.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies for sales pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
  • Experience in technology (software or mobile) is a major plus.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening and verbal communication.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to assist non-technical users.
