What you will do

• Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to minimize stock outages and backorders.
• Handle data entry for applications and submit supporting documentation to relevant teams.
• Monitor application lifecycles to ensure successful boarding of new merchants.
• Process account updates related to addresses, banking information, and ownership changes.
• Maintain accurate records within the company CRM.
• Ensure launch cases are correctly created and payments are processed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role.
• Prior experience working in a retail environment.
• Stellar time management and organization skills.
• Remarkable communication skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
