Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, US (requiring in-office work 2 days a week)
Salary: $285,000 – $350,000

What you will do
- Partner with leadership to define and execute financial and KPI goals aligned with business strategies.
- Lead the annual financial planning and multi-year strategic planning processes.
- Manage monthly forecasts, variance processes, and operational reviews to optimize business performance.
- Communicate business objectives and performance to employees, investors, and the Board of Directors.
- Lead, scale, and develop a team of 6 high-performing finance professionals.
- Drive the AI transformation and process improvement of the FP&A function.
Requirements
- Experience in an FP&A leadership role at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience supporting business expansion and M&A activities.
- Ability to implement and optimize financial planning systems.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enable process improvements.
- Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, US.
Nice to have
- Experience in Consumer Internet or FinTech industries.
- Public company experience, including SEC reporting and forecasting/guidance processes.
