Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, US (requiring in-office work 2 days a week)

Salary: $285,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to define and execute financial and KPI goals aligned with business strategies.
• Lead the annual financial planning and multi-year strategic planning processes.
• Manage monthly forecasts, variance processes, and operational reviews to optimize business performance.
• Communicate business objectives and performance to employees, investors, and the Board of Directors.
• Lead, scale, and develop a team of 6 high-performing finance professionals.
• Drive the AI transformation and process improvement of the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Experience in an FP&A leadership role at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience supporting business expansion and M&A activities.
• Ability to implement and optimize financial planning systems.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enable process improvements.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, US.

Nice to have

• Experience in Consumer Internet or FinTech industries.
• Public company experience, including SEC reporting and forecasting/guidance processes.
