Salary: $198,000 – $278,000 annually

What you will do

• Own and lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and reforecasting processes to align with company strategy.
• Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on key operating metrics and financial performance.
• Provide deep variance analysis and forward-looking insights to drive executive decision-making.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, establishing high-performance standards and development pathways.
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A, reorganizations, and the development of scalable finance tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
• Proven experience in people management and leadership.
• Experience in the Software/Technology industry and Private Equity portfolio companies is strongly preferred.
