Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Measure and shape physician productivity to ensure supply meets demand efficiently.
• Define, track, and report on a scorecard of approximately 15 critical metrics, including cost-per-visit and coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operational, Clinical, and Growth leaders to interpret financial data and manage P&Ls effectively.
• Identify data deviations and partner with leadership to implement corrective actions that reduce costs and increase margins.
• Build and refine financial systems and frameworks to embed fiscal responsibility into daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong background in FP&A with a distinct operational mindset.
• Elite modeling and data analysis skills to synthesize complex datasets into actionable narratives.
• Experience tracking provider productivity, coding, and clinical unit economics highly preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present to the C-Suite.
• Must be able to work from the New York office four days per week.
