TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (AI): Partnering with large enterprise customers to increase adoption and value of AI Agents products with an accent on strategic relationship building and customer playbooks. Focus on accelerating onboarding, driving product usage at scale, and translating customer feedback into product insights.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in or near Orange County (Irvine), Denver, or San Francisco
Salary: $125K – $175K (OTE) + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Lead fast, structured onboarding to ensure customers activate AI Agents and workflows quickly.
- Drive long-term adoption by identifying underutilized features and leading targeted optimization initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, aligning AI capabilities to high-impact business use cases.
- Develop and evolve customer playbooks to maximize the value extracted from the platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to elevate the team through customer insights.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights to shape the AI Agents roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success Management, Account Management, Onboarding, or Solutions Consulting.
- Familiarity with AI products, including agents and LLMs, and their real-world applications.
- Experience designing customer programs, playbooks, or onboarding processes from the ground up.
- Ability to advise customers on complex technical topics and work independently with limited oversight.
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must be located in or near Irvine, Denver, or San Francisco to support a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CSM or Account Management.
- Previous experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or People Systems in B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of base, incentives, and equity compensation structures.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
