What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to Agency Development and Partnership leaders to translate priorities into actionable execution plans.
- Develop go-to-market strategies using data analysis, performance insights, and market intelligence.
- Manage core operating rhythms, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track productivity, forecasting accuracy, and product adoption.
- Create analytical frameworks for resource allocation, account segmentation, and coverage models.
- Collaborate with Finance on quota setting and streamline operational workflows for better scalability.
Requirements
- 7β10 years of experience in sales strategy & operations, business operations, or consulting.
- Direct experience in digital advertising, media, and agency ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with sales systems and tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorβs degree.
