TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to Agency Development and Partnership leaders to translate priorities into actionable execution plans.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies using data analysis, performance insights, and market intelligence.
  • Manage core operating rhythms, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track productivity, forecasting accuracy, and product adoption.
  • Create analytical frameworks for resource allocation, account segmentation, and coverage models.
  • Collaborate with Finance on quota setting and streamline operational workflows for better scalability.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales strategy & operations, business operations, or consulting.
  • Direct experience in digital advertising, media, and agency ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with sales systems and tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
