TL;DR

Senior Advertising Sales Manager, Enterprise (Digital Advertising): Building and managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier 1 Brands and Agencies in Finance, Health or Retail verticals across the US with an accent on prospecting, pipeline development, new client acquisition, and revenue growth. Focus on client retention, scaling campaigns, and achieving progressive total revenue goals through solutions-based selling and storytelling.

Location: New York City (NYC), New York, United States (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD
Base Salary + OTE: $240,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by developing, closing, and scaling pipelines of advertiser campaigns and always-on partnerships in assigned brand and agency accounts
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, social media, in-person meetings, and networking events
  • Act as internal advocate for clients, providing market-driven insights to Product for best-in-class service
  • Evangelize and sell advertising strategies and innovative solutions across industries
  • Balance time on low- and high-spend accounts, assessing fit within sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years full cycle sales experience; 10+ years in solutions-based sales in digital advertising (media, SaaS, programmatic, data)
  • Demonstrated track record building trust-based relationships with key decision makers at large enterprise advertisers and tier 1 agencies
  • Existing relationships with clients & agencies in Health, Auto, Retail verticals
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance-based media, and ad technology
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and hunter’s mindset
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
