What you will do

  • Partner with Institutional Sales to analyze and optimize the GTM pipeline and overall sales process.
  • Evaluate workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the institutional sales funnel.
  • Build and refine scalable processes to improve sales effectiveness across various teams and regions.
  • Own sales reporting and analytics to deliver clear insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to create sales collateral, playbooks, and client-facing frameworks.
  • Identify automation opportunities to simplify processes and reduce friction for sellers.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Consulting with a focus on GTM.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management in B2B or institutional environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience building scalable frameworks that measurably improve sales performance.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Background in crypto, fintech, or institutional client environments.
  • Experience supporting complex GTM motions for institutional sales teams.
