What you will do
- Engage with referral partners to drive new customer acquisition for Lightspeed.
- Research the enterprise app market to determine new apps, pricing, and analyze competitors.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to execute the regional market strategy.
- Achieve channel sales quotas and provide detailed pipeline reporting and forecasting.
- Lead the onboarding of new partners, including training and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and qualify new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships or B2B sales.
- Proven experience in software sales (preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on mutual benefit for customers and partners.
- Deep understanding of the partnership landscape, specifically within EMEA.
- Ability to train, motivate, and foster strong relationships with potential partners.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
