What you will do

  • Lead regional outbound sales strategies and define high-value Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments.
  • Refine and optimize the outbound sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation.
  • Design and implement data-driven lead scoring systems to ensure effective sales prioritization.
  • Supercharge lead generation and rep efficiency using AI tools and automation platforms.
  • Strategically manage sales territories, lead assignment, and CRM book reshuffles.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive adoption of new GTM processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Outbound Sales Management, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven background in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Deep expertise in CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach/Salesloft), and list-building tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, D&B).
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
  • Practical experience or strong passion for implementing AI in sales automation and data enrichment.
