What you will do
- Own lifecycle segmentation and nurture strategies across the full funnel
- Optimise lead routing, scoring, and handoffs to Sales
- Run and refine AI-enabled SDR outreach systems
- Deliver high-impact customer communications and campaigns
- Drive experimentation to boost conversion and engagement rates
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance and conversion metrics
- Ability to design lead scoring and lifecycle frameworks
- Commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations
