What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies, copywriters, and designers to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Build and implement new sales funnels to drive product revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms and PPC best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid ad campaigns, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
• Proven experience building and implementing AI Agents and tools.
• Track record of scaling paid media spend from "zero to one" with creative campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRO principles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
