Location: Hybrid (Rotterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in or be able to work from the Rotterdam office (2 days per week).

What you will do

• Define and execute lead generation strategies across expansion markets, aligning with commercial priorities.
• Build scalable acquisition engines and automated pipelines utilizing tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Oversee scraper design and integrate AI to improve lead data flow and output quality.
• Develop and maintain a lead scoring system to evaluate and revitalize older leads.
• Monitor and optimize the full funnel from initial lead to first booking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers, and Revenue Ops to translate commercial needs into actionable initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Growth and Lead Generation.
• Technical proficiency in Python or a strong grasp of coding logic.
• Hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM.
• Solid understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or n8n) and scraper design.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
