TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada). Requires ability to travel ~30% across North America.

Salary: $80,000 CAD base + $20,000–$30,000 CAD commission

SmartVX (a division of hirify.global) is a real-time, data-driven video personalization platform designed for regulated industries such as healthcare, education, and utilities.

What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to closing deals ranging from $75K to $300K+ ARR.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in healthcare systems, school districts, and utilities via smart outreach and social media.
  • Lead discovery conversations with IT, Operations, Finance, and Executive stakeholders to build ROI-driven business cases.
  • Build and manage an outbound pipeline and develop vertical-specific campaigns in partnership with marketing.
  • Collaborate with other Harris business units on joint deals and support revenue-share opportunities.
  • Evangelize real-time personalized video as operational infrastructure and provide feedback to product leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting goals and bringing in new business.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries (Healthcare, Education, Utilities, Gov).
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles lasting 6–9 months.
  • Strong skill in outbound sales and social selling strategies for lead generation.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel in North America (Canada, USA, and Caribbean).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience using document tools like PandaDoc.
