What you will do
- Perform a high volume of weekly outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Pitch product value propositions and qualify leads to book meetings for Account Executives.
- Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging in real-time during calls.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and outcomes within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine customer messaging based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Comfort working in a U.S. time zone.
- Resilience and consistency when facing rejection in an outbound environment.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace suitable for frequent calls.
Nice to have
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles.
- Experience selling B2B or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Previous experience working with distributed or remote teams.
