TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Healthcare): Growing the Home Health vertical by identifying and qualifying new customers through high-volume outbound outreach with an accent on cold calling and lead qualification. Location: Remote. Must be based in Canada and comfortable working in a U.S. time zone.

Salary: $40K – $50K + Commission

What you will do

  • Perform a high volume of weekly outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Pitch product value propositions and qualify leads to book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging in real-time during calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and outcomes within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine customer messaging based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Comfort working in a U.S. time zone.
  • Resilience and consistency when facing rejection in an outbound environment.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace suitable for frequent calls.

Nice to have

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles.
  • Experience selling B2B or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Previous experience working with distributed or remote teams.
