Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Toronto, Canada)
Salary: $62,000 - $104,000 CAD

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities using phone, email, and social outreach in the retail sector.
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to demo and closing.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously and accurately forecast the sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize touchpoints and refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor strategies to shape product direction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or the retail sector.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales management, from prospecting to closing.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience with pipeline forecasting and daily/weekly KPI management.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office 3 days per week.
