TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (HR-tech/SaaS): Attract and sign new mid-size companies to hirify.global's HR platform, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with an accent on high-value deal execution and pipeline generation. Focus on delivering product demos that solve HR challenges, engaging decision-makers, and maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Location: Must be located in the Toronto Metro Area and willing to work in the Toronto office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $64,000 - $80,000 CAD per year (base) + variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Prospect and nurture high-value relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations focused on solving complex HR challenges.
  • Execute outbound strategies to build a high-velocity revenue pipeline.
  • Engage key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle to close deals valued at $25k+.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate data, metrics, and forecasting.
  • Represent hirify.global at trade shows and industry events to create opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SaaS sales experience closing deals.
  • Proven track record managing and closing deals valued at $25k+ in organizations of 100+ employees.
  • Ability to generate 40-50% of your own pipeline as a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated success in accurate forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Post-secondary education highly preferred.
  • Experience in HR-tech space; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a major plus.
