Salary: $99,000 - 110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage, train, and coach a team of North American People & Culture Coordinators located in Canada and Manila.
- Supervise employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, role/salary changes, and terminations.
- Define and track SLAs for the coordinator team using tools like ServiceNow to ensure high-quality support.
- Act as the Workday power user, auditing data to prevent payroll and reporting errors.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive global "Playbook" for P&C administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with Legal and P&C leadership to ensure global compliance and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of HR Coordinators.
- Proven expertise in Human Resources Operations and systems thinking to re-engineer workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Workday and a deep understanding of its workflows.
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with Canadian and US compliance and employment laws.
- Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in French.
- Experience handling sensitive HR data and documentation.
