What you will do

  • Generate meetings with high-growth companies to achieve company objectives via personalized outreach.
  • Develop outbound sales leads and execute email campaigns to generate new prospects.
  • Perform quick lead qualification before allocating leads to Account Executives.
  • Represent company products through comprehensive research and inspiring demonstrations.
  • Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful prospect experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve products, methods, and overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Belgium.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Empathy and passion for solving prospects' problems and driving revenue growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Management Consulting, or Customer Success roles.
