TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Benelux): Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across the Benelux region with an accent on multi-threaded account plans from developer teams to C-level executives and complex commercial negotiations. Location: Remote from the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). Complete professional fluency in Dutch and English required.

What you will do

  • Penetrate and close new business in large enterprise accounts across Benelux.
  • Develop multi-threaded account plans and build relationships up to C-level (CIO, CTO, CISO).
  • Lead complex negotiations through procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year deals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of Sales Engineers, leadership, and product specialists.
  • Articulate ROI and build business cases addressing technical and financial drivers.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales with new logo acquisition.
  • Track record overachieving €1M+ quota and managing multiple large deals.
  • Mastery of value-based sales methodology (e.g., MEDD(P)ICC) for multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Proven pipeline generation through outbound prospecting into cold enterprise accounts.
  • Strong business acumen in value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Complete professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
  • Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level tech leaders in Benelux.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability at scale.
  • Experience in high-growth venture-backed startup.
