What you will do
- Penetrate and close new business in large enterprise accounts across Benelux.
- Develop multi-threaded account plans and build relationships up to C-level (CIO, CTO, CISO).
- Lead complex negotiations through procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year deals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Sales Engineers, leadership, and product specialists.
- Articulate ROI and build business cases addressing technical and financial drivers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales with new logo acquisition.
- Track record overachieving €1M+ quota and managing multiple large deals.
- Mastery of value-based sales methodology (e.g., MEDD(P)ICC) for multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Proven pipeline generation through outbound prospecting into cold enterprise accounts.
- Strong business acumen in value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership.
- Complete professional fluency in Dutch and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level tech leaders in Benelux.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability at scale.
- Experience in high-growth venture-backed startup.
