What you will do

• Lead the implementation of client payroll services and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Own the testing of payroll-related modules and complex workflows.
• Deliver training for both clients and internal users.
• Drive process improvements and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Act as the initial point of contact for clients during the payroll onboarding phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, analytics, or system development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax withholdings, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Ready experience preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Employer participates in E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with PEO or HR Shared Services models.
