What you will do

  • Build the French territory from the ground up by generating qualified opportunities and mapping top target accounts in the EMS and OEM market.
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to uncover pain points and document business cases using the SPICED framework.
  • Deliver ROI-focused product demonstrations and workshops to prove value to procurement and operations leaders.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, ensuring quarterly ARR targets are met.
  • Act as the voice of the French customer, sharing market insights to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop a repeatable French sales playbook, documenting successful messaging and objection handling.

Requirements

  • Native French fluency is essential.
  • Professional English proficiency required for internal collaboration.
  • Must be based remotely in France or in the Munich office (hybrid).
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on measurable ROI.
  • Ability to navigate procurement, legal, and technical evaluation processes.
