What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound calls/walk-ins to closing.
  • Conduct in-person and remote product demos tailored to prospect needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Analyze the local competitive landscape to position hirify.global as a leader.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or restaurant operations.
  • Strong field-sales mindset with a preference for daily customer meetings.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • General technical proficiency with software and sales tools.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
