TL;DR

Director, Marketing Operations (AI): Architecting and scaling a modern, AI-driven growth engine for a sales performance management platform with an accent on automation, intelligent data, and continuous experimentation. Focus on transforming manual BDR processes into automated workflows and operationalizing intent signals for revenue growth.

Location: Must reside near Austin, TX (Hybrid), or be based in Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Toronto, Canada (Remote)

Salary: $158,000 - $240,000 USD / $216,000 - $324,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Design and implement AI-first workflows to automate campaign execution, lead management, and content distribution.
  • Lead advanced data enrichment strategies using tools like Clay and UserGems to build targeted audiences.
  • Partner with BDR leadership to replace volume-based outreach with insight-driven engagement powered by intent signals.
  • Own the marketing technology stack architecture, ensuring seamless integration within Salesforce.
  • Define the Marketing Operations roadmap, including annual priorities, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Mentor internal team members and external partners on AI-first operational principles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations within B2B environments.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (required).
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Clay, Zapier, Make, and LLM-based workflows.
  • Must be based in or near Austin, TX, Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Toronto, Canada.
  • Strong understanding of BDR workflows and prospecting infrastructure.

Nice to have

  • Advanced proficiency in Clay, including building tables and using Claygent.
  • Experience operationalizing intent data (e.g., G2) into outbound and sales workflows.
  • Track record of building scalable, data-driven GTM systems.
