TL;DR

Location: Remote, based in Ontario, Canada

Salary: $82,720 - $103,400 (Ontario) + 12.50% target bonus

What you will do

  • Lead and optimize onboarding and activation programs to drive account expansion and brand reinforcement.
  • Design and execute AI-driven, data-informed omnichannel campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, website, and hirify.global Console.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Analytics teams for alignment in automated nurtures and growth initiatives.
  • Identify high-impact lifecycle moments for upsell and promotional opportunities using customer insights.
  • Analyze responses and sentiment to inform messaging, timing, channel experiments, and strategy refinements.
  • Build data-driven programs with hirify.global Segment and run experiments to maximize expansion outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing focused on onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and program management in SaaS
  • Comfortable using AI across campaign production; hands-on with Marketing Automation tools
  • Proven omnichannel campaign design triggered by customer behavior and data signals
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and expansion opportunities
  • Strong data-driven mindset for independent analysis, pivot tables, and actionable insights
  • Excellent at managing complex multi-team projects and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

  • Prior Growth marketing and lifecycle experience in B2C SaaS
  • Salesforce, SQL, Looker/Tableau; technical self-serve analytics
  • Experience with Sendgrid or similar subscription platforms
