Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid (office next to Amstel Station)

What you will do

  • Drive net-new business (70%) and expansion revenue (30%) in Netherlands enterprise segment, owning territory and pipeline
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for experience intelligence platform
  • Develop strategic account plans, educate market, and build relationships across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, Tech, and C-suite
  • Lead discovery on business impact/ROI, handle complex negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and quarter execution while strengthening presence in Netherlands ecosystem

Requirements

  • Full English & Dutch language skills
  • 2+ years as sales hunter with proven strategic SaaS experience in B2B, hitting/exceeding quota for large organizations
  • Ability to articulate business value of enterprise tech to executives
  • Structured, disciplined approach with high accountability for forecasting and pipeline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and resilience

Nice to have

  • Sales methodology experience (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale)
