What you will do
- Lead the regional Partner channel strategy and oversee its execution.
- Coach and manage the local Partner Channel team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts and recruit new Partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partners, helping shape their strategy using Discovery.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador to both internal and external clients.
- Stay current with market trends, specifically digital and AI-enhanced learning, to innovate commercial proposals.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English.
- Must be based in the Netherlands (due to hybrid office status).
- Strong account management experience with a focus on consultative selling.
- Proven background in learning and development (L&D).
- Experience as a sales coach.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving stretching targets.
