Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam. Must be based in the EU; no relocation package provided.

What you will do

  • Own the customer journey, focusing on value realization, retention, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Develop deep understandings of customer business goals and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor account health and proactively resolve risks before they impact outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Gather customer insights and translate them into actionable input for the product organization.
  • Enable customers to maximize the value of the platform in their daily operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or Tech.
  • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or Subscription Management tools.
  • Fluent English; Dutch is highly preferred, and German is a plus.
  • Experience communicating with executives, specifically CFOs and finance teams.
  • Basic knowledge of quote-to-cash financial flows.
  • Must be based in the EU (no recruitment outside the EU).
