What you will do
- Own the customer journey, focusing on value realization, retention, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Develop deep understandings of customer business goals and act as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve risks before they impact outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Gather customer insights and translate them into actionable input for the product organization.
- Enable customers to maximize the value of the platform in their daily operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or Tech.
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or Subscription Management tools.
- Fluent English; Dutch is highly preferred, and German is a plus.
- Experience communicating with executives, specifically CFOs and finance teams.
- Basic knowledge of quote-to-cash financial flows.
- Must be based in the EU (no recruitment outside the EU).
