What you will do

  • Guide customers through onboarding and tailored training sessions for platform setup and new features.
  • Manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders via regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to minimize churn and increase retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product teams to influence feature development.
  • Monitor platform usage and coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or the EV sector.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record in customer retention, upselling, and satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
