What you will do

  • Lead 1-on-1 product demonstrations via video calls to identify and discover prospective customer requirements.
  • Tailor hirify.global products to specific business needs and build appropriate solutions for hospitality clients.
  • Manage price negotiations and successfully close B2B deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Development Representatives to schedule appointments with prospects.
  • Prepare quotes and facilitate the transition of new customers to the implementation phase.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the full B2B sales cycle, including CRM, impact discovery, and pipeline management.
  • Fluency in the local language (written and spoken) to present the product to local prospects.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Ability to build quick rapport with customers and proactively address their concerns.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a Hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor's degree.
