What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite reimplementation project, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Establish and manage the project governance framework, including RAID logs, documentation standards, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between internal teams, NetSuite implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely completion of requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee change management activities, including communication planning, training, and end-user readiness.
• Lead UAT coordination, system integration planning, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with a specific focus on ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts including financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects on time and within budget.
• Experience collaborating with external systems integrators or NetSuite implementation partners.
• Full-time availability and 100% exclusive focus dedicated to this reimplementation project.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementations or reimplementations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
• Background in Finance, Operations, or Systems/IT.
• Familiarity with business process redesign or process improvement methodologies.
